He made me aware of EVERYTHING available such as possible early closing dates, negotiated with the other homeowner to come out with the BEST SOLUTION for her AND myself, and all the rest of the minute details. Reflecting on all what happened I really couldn’t possibly be any happier with the complete experience as I am, and keeps getting better the more I think about it.
